New Tuttnauer Automatic Autoclaves

 

Built to suit all of your sterilization needs, reliable operation and durability are built into every Tuttnauer product. The fully automatic series fills, sterilizes and exhausts at the touch of a button. The autoclave has been pre-loaded with parameters for four standard programs. These can be customized by the operator for their individual requirements. The Fully Automatic(EA Series) and Fully Automatic Kwiklave(EKA Series) series of Tuttnauer autoclaves features :
  • Automatic shutoff at the end of both sterilization and drying cycles
  • Pre-Loaded cycles for: Unwrapped instruments; wrapped/packs; liquid and additional drying cycles
  • All program parameters can be changed and stored
  • Audible and visual cycle interuption alert
  • Low water sensor prevents activation of sterilization cycle when there is insuffiecient water in the chamber resevoir
  • Constant monitoring of pressure and temperature for sterilization
  • Power outage recovery system
  • Door design prevents steam from coming into contact with control panel
  • Optional printer
  • Double safety locking device prevents door from opening while chamber is pressurized
  • Drain valve is located on the front, allowing for quick and easy draining of water resevoir
  • Dual safety thermostat to protect against overheating
  • High effeciency air pump
  • Decreased overall drying time
  • Closed door drying
  • Hepa filter 0.2m air filter(replaceable)
  • Circulates hot air after the sterilization cycle for fast drying
