Wolf Mammoline Mammography Illuminator: 28601. The Mammoline combines superior lighting technology with ACR-mandated masking shutters for optimum film viewing. The Mammoline produces over 7600 Candela per square meter of illumination at top intensity! (The ACR recommends a minimum of 3,400 Candela.) Using the built-in dimmer, You can lower the light output to 270 Candela.
The Mammoline features Wolf’s reflector design for even light distribution, eliminating hot spots. Its energy-efficient, flicker-free ballasts provide instant lighting. A venting design prevents heat buildup, and lightproof shutters glide smoothly. The Wolf 28601 gravity roller film grips ensure easy mounting, while the “E-Z” Bar mounting system allows for simple wall installation. The unit, with a baked-on polyester finish, measures 48” L x 36” H x 5” D, with an optional mobile stand available.
