Aaron Bovie 950 High-Frequency Electrosurgical Unit. We are introducing the Aaron A950™, the first and only High-Frequency Desiccator with Cut. You might call it a split personality. One-half of the unit is a high-frequency desiccator based on our very popular Aaron 900. The other half is a Bovie® Generator, giving you 60 watts of cutting power and coag capabilities—plenty of power for LLETZ/LEEP or almost any cutting procedure performed in the doctor’s office.
The Bovie Generator offers three modes: Cut, Blended Cut, and Pinpoint Coagulation, with up to 60 watts of power. Its user-friendly design features easy-touch, color-coded membrane pads and controls on a compact front panel. The ergonomic layout, along with a large rotary dial, ensures quick mode selections and smooth power adjustments. Additionally, digital error detection enhances safety by continuously monitoring output and instantly disabling the unit with an error code if an issue arises.
The Aaron 950™ enhances procedural confidence with a comfortable surgical handpiece that rests in a holder, minimizing contact with the unit when not in use. This holder safely isolates the instrument from the medical team, patient, and unit. Additionally, all industry-standard 3/32″ electrodes fit the handpiece, which can be autoclaved for efficiency and cost control. Post-procedure cleanup is quick and easy, thanks to nonabsorbent ABS enclosures and liquid-resistant membrane switches.
