Additional 4400 Features: The 4400 is identical to Winco’s 4300 model, except it has a Polished Aluminum Base and a 17.75″ – 23″ height range.  The 3″ high-density foam padded seat provided outstanding comfort, a smooth operating gas lift, and a rugged five-legged “star” base with 2″ twin-wheeled casters for easy mobility.
