Features include Round, Tubular Rings that are Seamlessly Welded to 3 Legs and a Solid, Round Platform at the bottom acts as a Brace and Protects the Hamper Bag from the floor. Travels easily on 2″ Hard Rubber Casters. The 25″ Hamper is also available with a cover.
