MCM 440 Underpad Mount Armboard. The Underpad Mount Armboard offers the perfect solution for tables without standard side rails or where imaging access is critical. Ideal for imaging tables, stretchers, stretcher chairs, or OR tables with non-standard rails, this armboard allows full flexibility. It simply slides beneath the table pad and stays in place using the patient’s weight—no clamps or attachments required.
This design enables infinite positioning options, giving surgical teams total freedom to adjust for comfort and access. Constructed from durable 3/8-inch thick phenolic, the armboard maintains rigidity and strength without needing extra support. It weighs just 7 pounds, making it easy for nurses and staff to position it wherever it’s needed.
Because the armboard is fully radiolucent, it’s perfect for use with C-Arms or other imaging equipment. There are no metal parts to interfere with image quality, so you get clean, clear scans every time. A compatible pad is sold separately. Be sure to match pad thickness with your existing table surface—for example, use a 4-inch pad on the armboard if your stretcher pad is also 4 inches thick.
