Harloff Treatment Cart: ETC-3 Features:  Three Drawer Economy Treatment Cart, 3-2.75″ Drawers, and 1-12″ Bottom Storage Compartment (open).  The low height makes these carts ideal for bedside or under the counter and has 3″ stem casters with two wheels with brakes.  The cart comes in your choice of colors.  See tabs for more information.
