Additional 7921TG Features:  Automatic Cut-Off Built-In Temperature Data Recorder with Real-Time Clock and Self-Closing, Magnetic Gasket, Adjustable Tension Doors.  Temperature Control Range allows for Setting from 90 to 160 degrees.
