ADC’s Digital Aneroid Sphygmomanometer model number 7002-13 (thigh) is the world’s first Digital Aneroid Sphygmomanometer. The E-sphyg replaces your mechanical gauge and its fragile, vulnerable design with a virtually indestructible digital instrument that can stand up to the toughest use. The E-Sphyg’s virtually indestructible design can withstand repeated drops of 5 feet or more. It has an extra large back-lit LCD with 7/8″ digits and is easily read in almost any light. Splash-resistant housing for use in harsh environments and a swivel cuff clip allow the manometer to be re-positioned for easy viewing.
The Digital Aneroid E-Sphyg Sphygmomanometer Features Include an Auto-Off function which conserves battery strength. This E-Sphyg also features a dual low battery warning. A Re-calibration reminder after 10,000 cycles (re-calibration is free for the instrument’s life). Systolic assistance alerts practitioners to the onset of Korotkoff sounds – makes a great training aid and the deflation rate display promotes proper technique in accordance with AHA guidelines. The pulse rate is displayed after the measurement is completed. The Manometer works with virtually every cuff on the market and requires familiar and trusted manual auscultation to obtain blood pressure readings (use of stethoscope). 2 “AAA” batteries (included).
