ADC Proscope™ Disposable Scopes (10): 664.  The 664 Disposable Scope is a hybrid scope that combines a disposable chest piece with traditional 22″ Y-tubing and traditional lightweight aluminum alloy binaurals/headset.  The 664 features a diaphragm-only, disposable ABS chest piece with a non-chill rim for patient comfort.  It weighs 2.5 oz., and the overall length measures 32”.

Additional Features: Latex Free.  Available in Yellow (664Y) or Black (664BK).  Individually polybagged (price reflects individual scope) sold in a package of 10 or case of 50 and made in Taiwan.  See tabs for more information.
