Our Biomedical service department is comprised of both in-house and field service technicians. The department director is a Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET) with decades of experience in medical equipment service and repair.

Our unique pricing structure helps your bottom-line with low electrical safety / compliance testing and service rates. We also offer contract rates for those customers that choose to use us as their sole provider for general biomedical service, repair, and safety testing. Contract customers also have priority for loaner equipment while their equipment is being serviced. 

Venture Medical maintains a loaner pool of common equipment for our customers when their equipment is being repaired. Equipment such as sterilizers, power procedure chairs, surgical tables, patient monitoring, defibrillators, and more are kept in stock and ready to loan to our customers so they can continue to operate and maintain patient and staff safety. Loaners are subject to availability. 

We use Datrend and Fluke Biomedical testing equipment for electrical safety testing, defibrillator testing, electrosurgical unit testing, as well as a fleet of specialty test equipment for a wide array of other medical equipment. All of our test equipment is certified annually by a third party calibration company for accuracy. 

Our completely computerized system for record management ensures that you will have the records you need at our fingertips, just a few keystrokes away. Contracted customers also are entitled to one of our techs on-site during any government/regulatory body inspection procedure.
